CSV data incorrect?

Does anyone else come across an issue when exporting CSV that the data is only correct as of the current date you are currently on rather than the month at which the CSV export is for? Is that expected?

For example, if I try and export a patron report for March, the Lifetime value of Patron’s amounts is up to date with the present rather than what it would have been in March.
