Hello.
After configuring PMPro, it has made all of the posts that could only be accessed by the Patreon subscriptions public. The page still displays the “This content is available exclusively to members at $10 or more” at the bottom of the page, but it also displays ALL of the page’s content to EVERYONE.
Patreon plugin is set to allow access to everyone at $10 or above. PMPro ‘Require Membership’ page on the post does not have any roles selected. If I select a Role, even if it’s a $10 role or below, all of my Patrons immediately lose access to the page.
In other words, none of those configurations are working:
-
If I turn on the PMPro ‘Require Membership’ on my page and disable the Patreon Level configuration, then only my PMPro subs can access the page.
-
If I turn off all of the roles on PMPro ‘Require Membership’ and enable the Patron Level configuration, then ALL users, no matter if subscribed or not, can see the page (no matter which patreon level I set)
-
If I turn on both, then users need to be subscribed to BOTH my PMPro and my Patreon to view the page.
I’ll add that I had both PMPro and Patreon plugin installed since 2023, no issues. PMPro was just never fully configured, I never used it. I started using it recently and it seems like it started to generate the issue after I configured it.
Any ideas?
