Hi!
We set-up a webhook to send members data to our app, but one webhook has encountered an issue. It’s with the user number 26353070
The webhook says that this user have “Declined” it’s payment but our panel shows that this user is a Active patron.
Can someone help us solve the problem?

Active patrons have a grace period in which their payment is retried after being declined before they are considered not patrons. Though this should revolve around 1st of month and should not happen in the middle
That could happen if the webhook triggered at or before the middle of the month at some point while the patron was still in grace period.
