I am unable to access my account. I have tried to log in several times in the past 18 hours but the verification email that is supposed to take 5 minutes to send has not sent during this time. It is not in my spam folder or inbox.
I’m in the exact same boat. I have rewards waiting that are only available on a specific time frame, so this really needs to get resolved.
