So, I had someone who wanted to give me 500$ but didn’t have a paypal. So they gave it to me through Patreon, I guessed that it was normal that my balance was on hold because such a large donation but it’s been 5 days so I looked farther into it. Everything else about my account functions correctly, and I was never contacted like they say by the Trust and Safety Team. Instead I contacted them and asked whats going on but they gave me a bland reply saying “We are reviewing your account, to assist us please make sure your discord information is properly hooked up” I don’t even know what that means. I’m actually agitated because I need the money and I got the balance on hold for 5 days without any notice or explanation. What do I go to do to fix this?
