Hi, I’m having the same strange problem for a long time.
My creator balance is on hold by more of two weeks and I haven’t received any explanation about.
Now, in payouts period, I can’t receive my money and I need its.
I don’t know what I can do to solve this problem cause there is written, from about 7 June, that I will be contact
in 1-2 working days but at know I’m waiting by more of two weeks.
Is this normal?
I’ve sent a lot of tickets and received no answer and no email.
I’m worried, what can I do about?
And what can I do to get answer from support?
