You can only post after your Patreon Page is ready for launch. You need to wait for Patreon to review and give a green light to your Page. I presume your page has the 18+ tag, so it takes around 2-5 days.

Once it is verified and you get a reply from Patreon stating you are ready to launch, you will be able to Post!

And as Sam said, this isn’t a forum for this sort of stuff.

But I personally feel there should be a forum for newbies to ask questions like this!

No problem. You can ask for help anytime. But this place isn’t the right place. I think Patreon needs a forum of their own.

thanks for help I wonder my patreon is use time more than 5 days .they not sent message to me about the problem . normally other people have problem verify account long time like me?

It takes between 2\7 days.

Here is a rough estimate that I have after having a few pages on Patreon.

  1. If you are a new Content Creator who just signed up and created a Patreon account and you choose No adult content at all when you created the account, then you should be able to launch immediately. I mean it. Non-NSFW pages don’t need to be reviewed.

  2. If you will have NSFW and did select that tag, then you will have to wait for your page to be reviewed. It can take from 2 days to a week. Depends on the dudes over at Patreon.

  3. If you want to have NSFW but don’t want to wait for so long, then all you have to do is not select the Adult Content tag when you create the account. After you click Submit for Review, you will either be able to launch immediately or wait 24 hours (I had 2 pages. Both were given the green signal in 12 hours.) and you will get the green signal. Once you get the green Launch button. Click on Launch and your page will be ready to publish. After that, all you have to do is go to Edit My Page >> Tick The NSFW tag >> Click Save. and it is done.
