I’ve tried sending this on the help page but it keeps giving me an error everytime I submit it so I’m going to send it here.
I’m not a developer or anything like that. But I am a creator in patreon. I had someone pledge to my patreon before I created the tiers. Now that person isn’t getting any of the benefits for the amount they paid. Is there a way I can put a patron into a tier?
