Hello, i’m moderator on a cosplay discord and you can get specifics roles on the server when you pledge to a patreon tier. Our issue is that the bot does not remove the given role when the user is not pledging anymore. What can we do to fix it without removing the role manually ?
Role removals may experience hiccups due to Discord api’s rate limits limiting the bots. This can happen especially if you have a large amount of patrons in your Discord. Logically the removal should catch back up, at the least on the next 1st of month.
I just observed this issue and I am concerned, It seems that for my server the bot is not removing roles for cancelled pledges, I just realized there are users that still have access to Discord rewards and they canceled 1 year ago.
