Patreon not showing up in sidebar

I added the Patreon plugin. Then I went to edit a page, so I could lock the page with Patreon. Upon, clicking a couple agreements, the Patreon boxes/whole thing left the page. I refreshed the page and the Patreon option wasn’t there. After removing and adding the plugin back, it still didn’t come back. I’m not sure how to get it back on the page settings. Thank you
