I’ve recently linked my website with the Patreon Pro Plugin to Patreon, but it’s not properly pulling in all my posts. I have somewhere around 1,000-2,000 posts on my patreon, and it gets stuck at around 460, then does only one or two a day. Is there a way I can force it to finish importing the rest of my posts?
Its possible that the import may have stuck at patreon.com.
Try going to WP admin → Patreon settings to see if a post sync is already going on. And if the ‘Import next batch’ button shows, try clicking it to make it import more batches.
If there isnt any post import appearing there, try starting a manual import from there and doing the above.
If you cant do either, first disable post sync in WP admin → Patreon Settings → Post Sync. Then disconnect your site from Patreon. Then reconnect it to Patreon and enable post sync during the setup wizard steps and see if this will restart the sync.
Hi!
Thanks for the response - I tried both of these and I received the error in the image attached when clicking import next batch:
(In case the image does not load, it is the button saying ‘Failed to get posts from Patreon’)
Can you check what appears in the WP admin → Patreon Settings → Health Check → Last 50 connection errors?
It is repeatedly giving me the following issue:

Your site does look like it does not have connection to Patreon. Are you sure you followed the steps in the above tutorial exactly?
