I keep getting the notification: “Post locking won’t work without Creator ID. Please confirm you have it [here]”.
When I click “here”, it just reloads the same page.
Has anyone else had this issue and, if so, how did you fix it? I have refreshed my Creator Tokens on Patreon and reentered all of the API info several time and have had no luck!
Are you just using the Patreon WordPress plugin by itself, or are you using Codebard’s Patreon Plugin Pro?
Also, which version of Patreon API are you using. Use API version 1.
I believe it is just the Patreon plug-in, not Pro. Thanks for clarifying.
Also, the problem is fixed now. I refreshed the token (yet again!) and reentered it (again) and it all of a sudden was working. Not sure if Patreon fixed something on their end (as they never gave me any feedback) or what, but everything appears to be back to normal.
