Remove/hide all locks

Hello,

I just installed the Patreon Connect 1.2.0 Beta. I know it’s not complete yet, just wanted to mention that

This content is exclusively available to Patreon members who pledge $ or more.

is displayed as a footer on every single page and post, even though I left everything empty except for Enable Login with Patreon (I only use the plugin to facilitate login and for comments, not to lock posts or pages).

Would it be possible to disable locking-related functions and hide this footer?

Thanks for reporting this issue. It shouldnt happen.
