Setting up - can't access locked content (going around in circles)

So I have just set up my site and I can’t access locked content on a test email I have created. I can access the dashboard and log in, but the locked content notice comes, I log in, allow from the “Wordpress would like to” page and then it sends me back to the locked content button.

Please help! I want to launch my site asap!

No worries, I resolved it. I’d made my test account TODAY but my test posts were dated earlier. The lock didn’t work because I had set my patreon locking to from the date of your first pledge and you can’t access old content!
