Suspended Site- How Long?

Hello Everyone!

About two days ago my site is suspended due to the violation of the policies.

I got a mail from that and my account is suspended.

I removed the problem content then i write back to the mail. That was two days ago. Ani don’t get any answers for two days.

How long whwn they check my site? The end of the month is coming and i don’t want to miss the pateron cycle because of that.

Or there are another way to contact them?

I already write mail to

guidelines@patreon.com

and the

platform-support@patreon.zendesk.com

Or ther is other way. Please help me. I don’t want to miss the end of the month.

I do not have direct access to your account as this forum is geared more towards developer support. Your issue is most likely with the Patreon Trust & Safety team for review. If you haven’t already, I’d also recommend sending a note to the Patreon Support team at patreon.com/faq to follow-up as well.
