If we were to change our Patreon Tiers, such as add new ones, delete current ones, or change the titles of current Tier levels what happens with the Plugin? Will all old posts still be locked under the old dollar amount but bring in the new name?
If you change your Patreon tiers, you can pull in the tiers to your WP by clicking the refresh button next to the tier select dropdown in post editor (at Patreon Level metabox). You wouldnt need to update your existing posts to new tiers manually.
Then the plugin would match the existing $ value for the post to the new tiers. This may be a lower or a higher tier depending on how you changed your tiers.
