Why are people allowed to steal my art and not pay for it?

why does patreon allow people to sign up for my page and not bill them properly at the beginning of the month?

I can’t think of any other website that lets users sign up, download people’s photos, podcasts, drawings, etc and not bill them for it.

i’ve contacted support 51 days ago about this issue and i have not received ANY correspondence from the so-called Customer Happy team.

I’m sorry that you’ve experienced issues with payments processing. Unfortunately, this forum is dedicated to discussion of the API and external platform, so your concerns would be much better served by sending a followup to your Zendesk ticket with CH.
